Revs Byron & Keionna Neal

 Pastor &  Co Pastor

Associate Pastors at First Baptist Church of Glenarden serving under Pastor John K Jenkins. They launched Faith Worship Center of Baltimore in May 2014. Pastor & Co- Pastor Neal are the parents of Brittany, Jada, Keenan & Taylor Neal. They have two grandchildren: "Kai David" and" Darleygirl" sons in love Anthony Davis, Javon Hines & Butame Akoli, Daughters in love- Jennifer Scott, Angie Eugene, Shakira Smith, Karen Bourne, Shalanna B, Cheryl Collier, Tanika Walker

 They are Pastors with a heart to serve the City of Baltimore. Their desire is to reach, preach, and MAKE Dynamic Disciples! 

Rev. Calvin Johnson

Senior Elder, Elders Board

Elder Calvin Johnson has been with Faith Worship Center since its early beginnings. He encouraged the Pastor and co Pastor to start Faith Worship Center of Baltimore. Elder Calvin is our Senior Elder serving the needs of the physical church and leads our support team. Elder Calvin is 93 yrs young and is a critical part of the Body of christ. He attends and supports 2 local churches: Boardly Chapel AME and Faith worship Center of Baltimore every weekend. He physically drives across the baybridge to Boardly and serves that congregation without complaint.


Sis Jada Davis

Financial Officer

Jada Davis has served with F.W.C. of Baltimore since May, 2014. She has supported FWC of Baltimore since 1999 when we were a cell group. Sis Jada began leading as our Director of the Children's ministry in 2014. Later,  Sis Jada became our Senior Financial officer. Sis Jada still assists with the children s ministry. She has proven to be a vital part of the ministry. She is responsible for the Financial administrative oversight of the ministry. She is married to Anthony Davis and has a son-" Kai David"

Keenan Neal​


Director of Youth & Young Adults 


Keenan Neal has served with FWC of Baltimore since we began in 1999 as a cell group. He serves as a Elder and is the director of the Youth & Young Adult Ministries. He has held this position since May 2014. It is his responsibility to assist F.W.C. of Baltimore in implementing opportunities and activities that produce dynamic youth and Young adults disciples for the Kingdom of God. Bro Keenan has great vision for the youth and young adults at FWC of Baltimore.  He also serves as head of our security team. 

Sis Taylor Neal

Children's Ministry Director

Taylor is the youngest on our staff. She has been serving since May 2014 but was unable to officially lead the children's ministry because she was only 16 (our leadership requirements begin at 18). However, she prepared weekly lessons and activities for the children's ministry and served faithfully until she was able to officially step into that role. Taylor is a dedicated and an anointed childrens ministry leader. She is currently a Senior attending Delaware State University. Even away,  Taylor communicates and keeps her team on point. She is also assisting FWCB with the partnership at other churches

Sis Brittany Neal


Sis Brittany has been apart of our core team since 1999 when our cell group began. She has also preached with our annual 7 women in the word service. She loves to sing and has a passion for worship. Sis Brittany desires to build the praise team at Faith Worship Center. Sis Brittany also assists as our administrator to the Pastor. Her primary responsibility is to assist Pastor and Co Pastor Neal with administrative obligations and keeps their scheduled events in order. She also lends technical support.

She is the mother of Mimi's Darley!

Sis Patricia Neal

Dir of Seniors Ministry

serves as the moderator/facilitator of  the Thursday Noon day Bible study 

Sis Patricia Neal has served with FWC of Baltimore since its cell group stage She has faithfully served as the support to our Senior members. Her primary responsibility is to create opportunities and activities that support the vision of MAKING DYNAMIC (Senior) DISCIPLES.  Sis Patricia facilitated the session at the Urgent Matters Conference for our seasoned citizens. Even in her mid 70's she continues to develop herself spiritually by attending discipleship courses and attending study groups at First Baptist church of Glenarden.  She has graduated from several courses and holds degrees from Catholic University and Bowie State University. She is a great example of how God desires to use us at every age & stage of our lives; even after suffering with many physical challenges, she continues to strive for excellence in her serving.
